Lauren Kate Austin

Hello. I am Lauren Kate Austin, M. Ed, and I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years. My primary emphasis is on women ready to take control over their life, body, and mind.

 

With a focus on nutrition, fitness, and mindset, I have helped hundreds of women transform their lives. Along with helping women in the gym, I enjoy assisting women to focus on nutrition to ensure they transform from the inside out. Most importantly, I am dedicated to building women up and helping them find their own strengths and independence, and building their confidence to improve their lives outside of the gym.​

I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning. I am a former bodybuilder and the first Musclemania Women’s Physique Pro.  ​
